A walk is dedicated exercise — a full outing on the leash. Private walks are a solo 30 minutes; pack walks are a small group outing for social dogs. A drop-in is a shorter visit to let your dog out for a quick potty, feed them, refresh water, and give attention. Drop-ins are ideal for puppies, seniors, or midday breaks when a full walk isn’t needed.
Pack walks are for social, well-mannered dogs who are comfortable around others and walk politely on leash. Every dog goes through a quick temperament screening at the meet & greet first. If a pack isn’t the right fit — reactive, anxious, still in training, or just prefers solo time — a private walk is the better call, and we’ll tell you honestly.
Yes. Book 4 or more private (solo) walks in the same week and you’ll get $25 off that week’s total. It’s the easiest way to keep your dog on a steady routine for less — just let us know you’d like the weekly schedule and we’ll apply it.
After every walk you get a map of the exact route with distance and time, a set of photos, and a short video clip — sent straight to your phone. You’ll always know where your dog went, how long they were active, and that they had a great time.
We come by to meet you and your dog, learn the routine (feeding, leash, commands, quirks), sort out keys or entry, and answer your questions. It lets your dog get familiar with their walker before day one — no surprises, no stress.
Yes — consistency is a core part of the premium standard. Your dog gets the same trusted person on every visit, someone who learns their pace, their favorite routes, and their personality.
Fully bonded and insured, and certified in Pet First-Aid and CPR. If something goes wrong, we’re trained to respond and will contact you and your vet immediately. We keep your emergency contacts and vet info on file from day one.
Whatever you’re comfortable with: a lockbox, a spare key, or a door code. However you choose, access is stored and logged securely, and we treat your home with the same care as your dog.
On drop-ins we feed per your instructions and refresh water. Treats are included on every service, or we’ll happily use your own. Simple medication administration (pills, topicals) can be arranged — just let us know the details at the meet & greet.
Life happens. Reschedule or cancel through the app or a quick message. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund; inside 24 hours we’re often already scheduled around your slot, so those aren’t refundable.
Light rain? We walk (with a towel-off after). In genuinely unsafe heat, storms, or cold, we’ll shorten the outing to a quick potty break and give extra indoor playtime and cuddles instead — always your dog’s safety first, and we’ll keep you posted.
